A set of market screeners and reference data for Indian equities, equity derivatives (F&O) and mutual funds. It is provided for information and education only.

Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its data. You use it entirely at your own risk.

Market data comes from third parties (see Data & third-party APIs) and remains theirs. External links (e.g. screener.in) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Algo Py is not affiliated with NSE, BSE, SEBI, or any data provider.

Algo Py is free to use and there is nothing to sign up for. The source code is not currently published, so nothing here grants you a licence to it.

What is open is the reasoning: every strategy page carries its full rulebook, the data sources are listed on Data & third-party APIs, and where a strategy has been backtested the result is published on its own page — including when the result is unflattering.
